Mission Improvable is April 10-14 of 2024 The guest artist is Stephan Koplowitz and you are invited to use your dance improvisation skills to create a site-specific performance at St. John's Grace in this Buffalo-based dance intensive.

At Center Pilates your first class is complimentary. Come in and try a one-to-one class with our teachers. After that you have options: sign up for 30 days and take 1-5 classes a week for $750. Then you can choose: 11 more months for $487 6 more months for $497 3 more months for $507 We also offer mat classes for $25 or $225 for 10 Look out for more group class offerings like small group Reformer class and Rotational Pilates.
